Yes. Costa Aurea coordinates maintenance and repairs with trusted local professionals. Small repairs are actioned immediately. Works above an agreed threshold require your prior approval and a quote. All work is performed at actual cost with no margin for Costa Aurea.
What happens in an emergency?
Costa Aurea provides reliable local contact 24/7 throughout your guest's stay. All anomalies are reported immediately via WhatsApp. Estate Prestige and Performance plans include dedicated 24/7 emergency contact for owner-related emergencies."
Can I transition from Estate Care to Asset Management?
Absolutely. Estate Care is an ideal starting point for owners who want supervision first. When you are ready to activate rental income, we transition your property to Asset Management with no disruption to your supervision or operational continuity."
